Babysitters' Training Course

We are proud to announce that we have recently introduced a nationally recognized babysitters course to our regular line-up of First Aid courses.

In accordance with the Canada Safety Council® guidelines we are beginning to offer this course in our facility for youths aged 12 - 17.

Each participant will recieve instruction including but not limited to the following topics:

  • Rights and Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Behavioral Problems
  • Caring for the Child
  • Nutrition
  • Safety and Basic First Aid
  • Handling Emergencies
  • The Sick Child
  • Games and Play Activities
  • Children with Special Needs

Upon successful completion of the course, students will recieve a wall and a wallet certificate providing validation that the holder has completed ten hours of training and successfully passed a comprehensive examination on the Babysitter Training Course material.

Course Length: 10 hours (Done in 5 sessions of 2 hours each)

Course Cost: $45.00 (no GST for this course)
