Global Paramedic Systems Ltd. has recently accepted a Joint Venture offer from Halifax, Nova Scotia based Immunity Medics Limited (IML).

Immunity Medics Limited is an International Medical company offering medical, HSE and online training services to countries all over the globe. Global Paramedic Systems Ltd has been appointed the position of Alberta Services Coordinator for a new branch of IML called Immunity Medics (Alberta) Limited. IML has had contracts in places as far away as:

East & West Africa, Norway, Argentina, United Kingdom & Brazil to name a few.

What exactly does this mean for GPS?

Firstly, it means that no job is too small. With a company like IML on it's side, GPS now has the ability to pool resources and effectively deliver services on a much larger scale and offer these services on an international level as well. So far, IML has placed in our care, (2) 4x4 Ambulances registered in Alberta as Emergency Response Units. The number of units in GPS's care will only increase as time goes by. IML has also agreed to allowing GPS "first option" in providing any contractor services as they arise which will guarantee GPS work in the future on much larger projects.

In return, GPS will be providing the coordination services for IML Alberta, as well as providing Alberta Based Advanced Life Support protocols and an Alberta Based Medical Director.

Both companies involved in this venture are sure that this will be a great move. Not only does it expand the services and service areas of each of us, but the fact is, both Global Paramedic Systems Ltd & Immunity Medics Limited share a very common goal:
